Open application MT4. Select Tools -> Options
2. Click to tab Expert Advisors
3. Tick Allow automated trading and Allow WebRequest for listed URL
4. At Allow WebRequest enter url https://api.telegram.org
5. Click OK
6. Open any a chart
7. Click the right mouse pointer to the EA select Attach a chart
8. Use API Token From How to create a bot and API Token From TELEGRAM fill to Telegram Token
9. Config your strategy bot then click OK (See config description here)
